Research on Vibration Suppression Method Based on Coaxial Stacking Measurement

A dynamic analysis model of the unbalanced vibration response a single-rotor system is established to study corresponding mechanism excitation force and caused by deviation rotor mass centroid in this paper, finally achieve combined suppression. First, installation multi-stage rotors during was studied, transfer rotating coordinate obtain vectors at all levels based on traditional stacking assembly method axiality measurement. Second, unbalance were substituted establish finite element system. Finally, simulation carried out for three-stage rotor, test piece used experiment. The results show that optimal phase obtained can effectively suppress rotor.
